Preload images AND sound?

I've seen preload image scripts. I've seen how to embed .wav files so they don't play (but download on say a preload page). However, I've yet to see a script that loads both of these filetypes, then sends you to the main page when the loading of files is done. Do you know of a script or how can I do this? Thx.
 
I think you could just embed it, but without auto-play.

Then just use onLoad:

Not that I'm a fan of either backround sound nor preload pages. If you need a preload page the site is too bloated IMO.
