Alright, so I downloaded XP PowerToys because I wanted to be able to make pictures (Bubbles of the Powerpuff Girls. Shut up. 
) cycle through at random for my background.
Problem is, whenever they're brought up, it automatically makes it "Tiled" in the Display Properties, which isn't exactly what I want. I just want the one pic to be centered.
Is there any way to fix this? A registry hack? A setting somewhere? Please help!
