Powersupply Questions / Recommendations?

So I'm in the market for a new PS, and I've looked around on the forums here. It seems the census is that Antec is PS King. I checked out Newegg's Antec section, only to find tons of different supplies. As an example...what's the difference btw the "SL350" and "TRUE330" that justifies the 330 being slightly more expensive?

Currently I have the Dell Stock PS (250W) that came with the 4300 [See the sig], but I've been having problems on reboots, and the PS can be the only culprit. I've also been considering upgrading the MB and memory, so what wattage should I go with?

250w is indeed a bit tiny for that setup. I would go for 350w if I were you.

Well if money is not too tight, go with the biggest you can get from a good manufacturer. That way if you upgrade again in the future, you don't have to worry about your PSU not being up to the challenge.
