Power Supply Consumption calculation

so anyways im trying to computer the powersupply i need for new system
I have an Enchance Electronics 300W PSU
and i calculated my components as per se the chart in the amd builders' guide.
I'm assuming the XP2200+ has around the same consumption as the XP2100+
and that my Asus A7N8X consumes the same 23.5W as listed in the examples.

all i need is 234?

Sounds about right. Which means you want a 350W+ PSU. This because:
1. The ratings are often too high, at least on cheaper brands.
2. The wattage on specific voltages (5V, 12V) may not be distributed the same way on a PSU as in this chart.
