Okay I got a new motherboard: Chaintech 9BJD and its wierd. When I turn on the computer normaly every thing is fine and pc start up okay, but whenever I restard (windows or CMOS or Ctrl+At+Del) it stops, give contious long beeping until I take out the power cable and plug it back in again, then I turn on the PC and it starts normaily. Now what the hell is that???

Well that would be generally a keyboard error in most POST codes but you would get it a start-up and at restart not just a restart. Well I double check all of your connections inside and out and if you still get I would say get a different board or at least get hold the manufactor of the board and see what they have to say

Thanx.. I'll call that Plan B...

Will a BIOS update help???

Actually I think I've had a computer do that to me before the long neverending beep. It happened whenever I put certain PCI cards in. If I were you I would open up the system and pull the cards one by one to see if one of them is causing this.

some info i hav on beep codes....

Award BIOS is very common. But, they don't do much in the way of beep codes. Award holds that the only BIOS beeps you will hear are 1 Long, and some short combination after. They all indicate a problem either with memory or video, as these are the only problems that would keep the system from doing anything. Any other errors will be given an on-screen error.

Beep sequence What's Wrong

1 Long Beep
indicates a problem with memory in the first bank, usually an unseated memory module

1 Long, 2 Short
indicates a problem with the video card or the memory on it

Any of the SP crew still out there?
