Using xp's firewall which is plenty good enough for me. I know what's on my puter so the small amount of programs that hook up with the internet aren't a bother. No spyware, no trojans, no need to block out going traffic.

not sure as it varies 1 time i had 3.3mb/second....avaerages @ 200kb/second when every 1 is on net:happy:
