PLS name this tune

I have been searching for ages .... a friend brought it from Ibiza on a chillout cd (bought in a bar). It is a part of the song, the song lasts about 8 minutes and is instrumental. Composers are Phill Web and Simon Cooper (at least that was in the mp3 tag...).
