Please HELP!!!!!!!!

I fixed the last 5 probs....but this one is a bit trickier....I revieve the error in event viewer under "system" and it goes like this....

DCOM got error "The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it. " attempting to start the service StiSvc with arguments "" in order to run the server:
{A1F4E726-8CF1-11D1-BF92-0060081ED811}

This error does not tell me which service it is actually having trouble with....If anyone knows which service it was that I daisabled could you please help me, and save me some stress and pain....Thanks!!!!!

I think that it might be....Internet Connection Firewall (ICF) / Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)....dont try all day to help me....I am just asking if you guys know off the top of your head....I am the one who screwed it up so I should fix it....But you can help if you want.....greatly appreiated
