Please help with a Tyan Trinity 400

I got a Micron PC here with the Tyan mobo in, and a P3 800, I flashed it with Tyans bios, all went well, had Win98 on there until last night when it went belly up.......
Now I have been trying to install XPee, 2k, Me, and 98SE......
98SE cant finish the format
2k and XPee when finished copieing the files and reboots it comes up and says missing OS
And Me just plain wont do nothing.....
The HDD is a 40gig WD, I just ran there diag on it and it found no errors with the drive, I am going insane here.........
Please help if you can, if you need more info on something please let me know.......

sounds like the memory or board went kaput...?

try...
- clearing the cmos or setting it to 'fail-safe' defaults.
- taking out extraneous pci cards and drives.
- using one stick of memory. if it still has problems, try another.
