Please help me copy pics to cdr

I have big problems to copy my pictures from "my pictures" folder to my CDRW drive. XP tell me that I have to copy my pics to desktop and then copy to CDRW and it takes hours. Any solutions? Thanks.

Im afraid Win XP does not recognise CDRWs.
You will have to buy Nero 5.5 or Easy Cd creator Platinum 5.3.

XP built in burner sucks.there are plenty of good 3d party programs ( I recommend Nero www.nero.com 30 days trial.)
you don't have to copy your pictures folder, first highlight it and then go to Edit and choose "Move To".

I dont know but whenever i want to copy pictures to a cd-rw all i do is use the "send to" and send it to cd-rw drive and it seems to work fine for me ive never had any problems.

I believe you are mistaken. XP's native burner will copy to CDR or CDRW
