I got a copy around a week ago. I'm curious, is every issue released in digital form for people to download? Or is that just a trial thing? Aren't all articles in every issue also available in HTML on the site?

they have HTML articles but I think the primary transfer media is going to be PDF, dunno if it really takes off maybe it will go to print

From the impressions I got, I thought it was already available in print in selected countries and locations. Shame you can't actually subscribe to it. Nor is it available in the US.
