I have found AIDA32 has provided answers to all my questions on my computer - IMHO it is awesome (besides dealer likes it too!)

If it says 2.0A on the box or if it has 512k L2 cache then it is a northwood. The above mentioned programs can tell you also. AIDA32 is the best by far (minus their benchmarking section lol)
