We are having intermittent driver problems with customer's networked HP4050 printer (garbled text, spacing errors, etc.). At the moment, are still using the PCL 5e drivers. How advantageous would it be to update/migrate to the PCL6 drivers?
I've always thought that the PCL6 drivers take advantage of new printer featuers and works particularly well with graphics, when compared to the older 5e drivers and are generally more efficient drivers. Is this true?
Thanks
Dan
