PC 3000 DDR is made to run up to 366MHz and has an effective bandwidth of 3 gigabytes per second. PC 3500 DDR is made to run up to 433MHz and has an effective bandwidth of 3.5 gigabytes per second. 3000 = 3 GB, 3500 = 3.5 GB, see how it works?

thanks

thanks, Eck, my friend and i both found your post very helpfull. once again, thank you.

in case you don't already know, the memory will only run as fast as the motherboard suports. ie. no reason to buy pc3000 if the motherboard will only run it at pc2100.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
