I do not get it, I just unloaded WindowsBlinds, and then restarted. I uninstalled it then, and restarted. When loaded back in, I patched my uxtheme.dll with a the newest one, and restarted, and nothing works. Theme's are not working now. Why not?

Does this make sence, I did everything right? Help :confused:

That looks like alot of work that might be done, GRRR why can't anything be simple these days!

Use the Replacer that muzikool provided in that thread. It's really simple.

did you install SP1a? If so, it stores a copy of the uxtheme.dll file to quickly replace an unknown version.

I made a batch file to take care of it.

Look here.

You'll need the UXTheme Patcher (also linked to in the GUI thread) and you'll also need to know where the DLL resides on your hard disk. Most likely it will be C:\Windows\System32.
