I use FAT32. Old habits die hard.

NTFS is the recommended file system. It has improved reliability and security features over FAT32. It can be a pain if it messes up though.

Has to be NTFS. No contest. Go for it. You'll be glad you did.....especially if you will not be dual booting with win9x.
