partition magic experts please

not to worry, I'll get it....it's a great method to create a primary

got it sussed, and the sequence bootcfg /rebuild fixed the problem that windows couldn't find ntoskrnl

I think this will help in the future

Good to hear perris!!! I'm glad it worked for you. Let me know how it works for you.

so far the 64 os pretty much sux

even though 32 apps will run on it, that's only if the author wrote 64 drivers for the software

in other words, it is in no sense of the term, "backwards compatable"

run as in properties is useless and shouldn't even be included in the code till they create a 32 bit envirnment

well, this method worked perfect for a while...I'm on my 64 os right now

then when I tried to boot to my 32 os, the ntoskrnl is missing or corrupt

I think I can get it back thou

That was one of the prime reasons that the "simple" method does not work and the purpose of programs like Bootmagic, ... will not share a ntoskrnl across multi systems amongst other things.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
