PAL -> NTSC any takers?

Hi there
I bought this dvd over the internet.. from the netherlands...it said region 0, but didnt indicate PAL or NTSC. Well it turns out its a PAL disc.

I have read some HOW-TOs on the net...to convert PAL to NTSC
does anyone know if there exists a one step process? to preserve menus and all audio tracks?

I think TMPGenc can do this. NOt sure, haven't used it in a while. Might wanna hit up google.

Yeah lots of programs do this, none off the top of my head though...
