I have a XP Pro/Win ME dual boot machine that has a smallish C:-drive (2G) for Win ME and larger partitions for other purposes.
I would want to have the XP-pagefile on one of those larger partitionssince C: tends to be rather full (expecially with the pagefile).
When I set the pagefile to a new location, everything works UNTIL some update (usually a windows security fix) is done.
Then on next boot, the pagefile moves to C:.
The setting dialogs show the data I have entered, but the actual file is created on c:.
And I have to set again to it's proper location and reboot.
Any ideas how to make the setting last over updates ?
