P2P and games cant connect

ok here is what the problem is, i can serf the net nad win mx can connect but my kazza and my video games cant connect to the net. same with internet radio and reaplayer. i went out for the night nad let pc on. all i did before that was turn aut protect from NAV. anyone got any ideas why this happened?

i tryed to enable auto protect but it still didnt fix it

ok never mind i fixed it, there was a little prog left from zone alarm that didnt uninstall properly
