Is there anyway to have my computer turn on at a specific time by itself?

Are there any programs that do this?

hmmm not sure, My bios supports a feature to turn it on at a certain time...if you have a lan card and are connected to a network there are some programs and websites that will send a WOL packet to wake your computer up..but your mobo.bios has to support it
