Over Clocking !!!!!!!!!!

does anyone know of any good gides on how to over clock my cpu or can they just tell me????

amd athlon 1ghz,
896mb sdram
via k7 main board
30gb 5400
40gb 5400
nvidia gforce2 mx 200 ddr
creative audigy gamer
linksys 10/100 tx nic

I'd just punch-in "overclocking pc" at Google. So much depends on CPU type, BIOS, etc.
