Over Clock The Mac Mini

#5
Hmm, why solder? A PCB repair pen or rear window defroster repair liquid would be lower risk and easier to remove.

Wonder if there is any way to monitor the CPU temperature after the overclock?

We need a mac mini owner who isn't too bright to try this out.

I've done this with an iMac before. The jump from 1.25 to 1.40 is insanely significate (then again, it's a RISC processor), however that increase did cause the iMac to run the fans all of the time. There was also a significate temperature increase as well. I didn't go above 1.4 so I'm not sure about the stability beyond that, but it ran great at that speed.
