Hopefully someone has run into this before and has a fix.
I am using Outlook 2002 on my PC. I'm using XP Pro as well. Recently I ran into this problem where I can receive mail but cannot send. I spoke with my ISP to see if they were having any problems with tehir SMTP server but it was okay. I tried using Outlook Express and it worked fine for both send and receive.
Any idea why Outlook would have this send problem? I have attempted repairing the installation but it doesn't help. My firewall, Tiny Personal Firewall, is configured to allow Outlook 2 way access.
