Outlook Xp and txt messeging

does anyone know of a program that can txt msg my cell with a reminder about appointment in addition to, or instead of my computer popping up a windows and remionding me? i'm not always at my computer to see/hear the reminders, but always have my cell phone. incase it makes a differance, i have WinXP Pro, Outlook XP, and a nokia cell phone with txt msging. thanks a lot
