Outlook (not express) Question

In the shortcuts bar of Outlook, my modded My Computer, Favourites etc. icons look really crap... Is there any way to fix this?

Does anyone else think that Outlook looks really ugly in XP?

The icon, or the program? My answer to both is no.
As for making icons look better in the shortcut bar? It depends on the quality of the icon and the sizes that it is available at. You could try showing them in a larger size (right click toolbar, view, large).
