Outlook Express

Every time I start OE i get the little blue screen that says Outlook Express on it. I then have to wait about 1m-1m30s for the outlook window to open.

Then the Outlook window acts really slow and takes 5 mins for the inbox folder to open.

I am running:
PIII-M 1GHz
256Mb Pc 133 Ram
Win XP Pro
ATI Mobility Radeon 7500 Graphics Card


Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

Do you have MSN removed. That may be one reason.

OK thnx I didnt have msn open when i opened OE but now it works fine. Thnx for the fast reply.
