Outlook Express problem

My cable internet went down a few days ago so I hooked using a dila up server. When my cable cam eback, i deleted the dial up and used my cable as the default connection again. Now whenever I open OE and try to access a newsgroup i get a message saying no internet connection is available and asks if I want to work offline or try again. So i pick try again and it works fine and I am not prompted again. How can i get rid if this? Thanks!

Tools > Accounts > News > Properties > Connection, I believe you can select an "always use" there.
