Outlook Express & Password

I recently purchased a new computer with XP home pre-installed, and I upgraded it to the pro version. My problem is with Outlook Express 6. For some reason it won't remember my password when checking email, even though the appropriate options are checked. I've even deleted the mail account and re-established it (several times). My laptop, which has XP Pro pre-installed, does not have this problem. Can anyone provide a possible fix?

Not remembering your dial-up too, or just your OE password?

Either way, create a password for your user account. Once you've established that all your other passwords are staying, delete the one for your user account and u should be good to go.
