Outlook Express Error

After closing OE,I get an error message as follows,
msimn.exe
Application error
The instruction at"Ox77f51d26"Referenced memory at"OxOO7f47c"(this sometime is different).
The memory could not be "written"
Click on OK to terminate the program.
Any ideas?
Is a repair of IE the order of the day?
