outlook acting funny

i get a file in outlook, then i try and save/print or any other option that makes a new popup box come up it does not come to front window, and then it the taskbar button blinks blue.. i click on the button minimize the file and open it back up and then the print screen/save screen is up.. is there a way to fix it that this doesn't happen?

with more trials it seems that only word is having the problem... all other microsoft products are working fine with it.
