outlook 6 take long time to initialize

outlook 6 under xp take 4ever to start. i am not sure if it just me or it is suppose to take so long in the new version.

MS Messager has an option in it to work with outlook, make sure that is not checked, if that isnt it then it may be your antivirus software. But the MSM thing worked for me, now it loads in a blink of an eye.
