Outlook 2003 - Rules/Filters

I'm new to the whole 'rule' setup and wonder if someone could tell me or point me into the direction of how to set a rule up that would:

- download emails ONLY from users that exist in my address book to my inbox (like normal)
- emails that are NOT from users in my address book goto either the junk bin or trash bin or deleted

Sounds simple, but as a newb to rules, it isn't.

Go to Tools>Rules and Alerts>New Rule>Start from Blank Rule. Check messages when they arrive will be highlighted. Click on NEXT, and you will get a list of rules. Scroll down and choose "When sender is in address book" and choose the address book in the lower window. Continue on with the wizard to complete it.
