How can I backup the phone book and import it after re-install OS and office 2003?
and how to know how many *.pst file is config in Outlook? assume the OS is corrupt and can't booting, need connect the harddisk via a USB interface.

Many thank!

All mail items, contacts, calendars items, tasks, etc. are stored within the Outlook.pst file within the following directory:

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

You should also save/restore the archive.pst file within the same directory.

so will outlook auto import this file after new install and after setup mail server?

Import won't be automatic, would have to be done manually via the File -> Import and Export function.

If the PST file is in the default location then simply overwrite the new PST file with the old one. If you store the PST file in a custom location then you can use Office's Save my Settings wizard, this will (when restoring settings) change the location where the PST file is stored.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
