Outlook 2002 rule problems

Can anyone help,
i have outlook 2002 installed and i use it as my email software but it keeps losing the setting for any rules that i create to sort my email, so any emails that i have created a rule to sent to the deleted items folder stops working after a couple of days, and it sends them to my inbox again,

When i look in the rules that i have created everyting appears ok,
Also it keeps prompting me to see if i want to save the passwords for a email account

Please help its driving me nuts
