Hi all:

I give up, how do I make a short-cut from Outlook2002's 'CONTACTS' to my desktop. I used to be able to do this with 2000's contacts but not with 2002.

I can't use windows xps address book either cause when I enter an new address is will not transfer it to my favorite Contact manager, which is within Outlook 2002.

Thanks

Doug

Open outlook in a window so that you can see your desktop (not fullsize)

Rightclick and drag the folder contacts to your desktop and choose 'Copy here'

I'm sorry if i wasn't totally clear

Within outlook make sure you have the Folder list View (View/Folder List)

Now right-Click-drag the contacts folder (still from the folder list view) and drag this to your desktop

See attached picture...

Hope this clarify's it

Thanks so much for all the help!!

Thanks again

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?

Impressed you have kept this alive this long EP! So many sites have come and gone. :(

Just did some crude math and I apparently joined almost 18yrs ago, how is that possible???
