What other program can my friend use to remove/copy music from an IPOD?

She would like to copy the music off the IPOD before she uses Itunes as Itunes has warned her that if she syncs the Ipod, she will lose the tunes she already has in there.

This is for a Windows XP machine

I actually posted in a thread that either Jewelzz or KC asked about copying everything off of an iPod to your HDD before sync. Do a search it should come up. I don't remember what thread it was in.

I use floola, it's really easy to use. I hated using iTunes. If you have found another solution then ignore this, but if not have a look here;

Select your ipod in itunes(if u can still use :\ ) > "Enable disk use" and navigate to a folder called "Itunes Music" or "Music" (not got my ipod no more so cant recall perfectly and all your music files will have names like "FMLYHM" and you can just drag the files into them folders.

But still software is the way to go

this really isn't a valid way to copy of the songs as you'd have to listen to and rename all the files one by one.
