osi vs tcp/ip????

Hi, i'm trying to do a comparison between OSI reference model and TCP/IP. May i know what are their similarity, differences
& the advantages and disadvantages of both models.

there is many many web sites and books on this. it is a basic networking thing. any tcp/ip manual or even the ISO web site

just do a search on the ISO OSI networking model.......:blink:
