I've noticed in the newest release of opera no matter what is being downloaded or how many things being downloaded it will never go above 30kb/s. Now I've looked through the settings/preferences and I can't seem to find anything to do with this invisible cap. Does anyone know the deal on this or am I just crazy. :yowch:

Okay so here is a grab of me downloading the same image from the same place and in opera it was dividing itself every time I downloaded a new image so from 31 to 15 down to 10
Now I have the same image from the same site downloading to a different location with firefox and its going at 130kb/s.
The cap on the cable itself is 2megabits so well over 200kb/second
