Open With - Registry Removal?

I made a blunder with 'open with' which has been rectified. (onya J0sh) How do I remove what has been circled in the attachment?

what type of file is .isu? does it say in folder options (simple question, hopefully leading to an answer)

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT scroll down to the file type then open op the "Open with list" and delete notepad from it

The isu file is an uninstaller. (I think)

I went to the .isu file in regedit but there was nothing there but one entry. Nothing there to do with 'open with'.

try looking at the classes listings in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes

edit: oh, yeah, it might not be under "*.isu" Thats why I asked that question in my previous post. I had a problem like this, and instead of finding it by *.XXX, i found it by the desrciption (not searching, but in hindsight that would have been simple).
