Open Gl Error in CS

Ok guys I'm getting a weird error in CS.

Well I used to get an error that said "Error, Could not load Client.dll"

I just reinstalled to see if it was something to do with the install. Now it won't load at all. Can anyone help me. Now when I try to load it i get an error " hl.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created"

Can anyone help me out here?

you're getting errors on a fresh install? did you use add/remove programs to uninstall it? try using the uninstall option in half-life (i think it has one).

you may have some.dll or other files left over from the last install that are causing probs, but short of reinstalling hl, i'm not sure what to tell you.

i know i absolutely must have hl installed on my machine, and if mine crapped out and i couldn't get it to work, i'd wipe the bastige! 🙂

have you loaded any other proggies on your system lately? another app might be interfering with hl...just a thought.
