I admiit this is a long-shot, but I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience with the latest beta of OnStream's tape-software for Echo drives. Their latest beta (V3.6.9) supposedly supports XP, but whenever I try to install it, it hangs on the boot-screen on the required reboot (much like many has seen on Roxio's burner-software). I've tried everything, and am quite stumped.
I've sent the same explanation to the beta-people at onstream.com some 2 months ago, but they've yet to put out a new version, so either I've done something very, very wrong, or they're stumped too.
