The courts have just ruled that according to the way Canadian law is written, sharing MP3s is no different than a photocopier in a library.
Meaning ISPs don't have to release names of file sharers on P2P networks.

Great ruling! They sure showed the CRIA the finger. The photocopy analogy was great.

Too bad it probably won't ever happen here.
