Omega Overclock Drivers

can i use the 9500pro -> 9700pro 'overclock' drivers with my 9600pro even though it says 9500 only?

i always assumed from what people say that the 9500 & 9600 are practically identical.

actually i think the 9500 is faster w/ double the pipelines or something ... someone else will come by w/ my info i'm sure 😉

Xle is right the 9500 has 8 pipelines while the 9600 only has 4. The 9500 is actually much closer to a 9700 than a 9600 is. I have not tried using those drivers but I would stick to the "for 9500 only" if I was you.
