ogg encoder decoder

i have been recording my music cd's to my hdd & retrieving them to use to burn in nero .i have been recording them using WMP.but the quality is poor i'm going to try
ogg encoder decoder.the problem is i really have no idea how to proceed ,do i just put the disk in & it will automatically record ,using ogg or what.
please help me, can i use WMP or what.right now it is my default media player

Try using EAC or CDEX .. the quality will be better ..
