office xp sp1 problem

when i try to install office xp sp1 i get this error "error 1328. error applying patch to file c:\config.Msi\PT25.tmp. it has probably been updated by other means, and can no longer be modified by this patch. for more information contact your patch vendor" i'v never installed any patch for it as far as i know. can anyone help?

Looks like it is not an updatable version. There is a way to do it for what you have. Try a forum search.
