anyone know where to get good ones? ive been to deviantart already.

basically looking to skin the following mainly, but have them looking the same, style-wise:

Internet Explorer
Mozilla Email
WMP
Kazaa Lite
Trillian
SmartFTP
Sharaza (hard to find, something relevant will do)
Photoshop
Flash MX

while im here, anyone also know how to disable the viewing on active programs in the objectdock?

got some nice icons sorted, and found a way to turn the taskbar off.

PK beat me with my favorite spot, Wincustomize. However, I've also found some great ones by cruising through the Links section of FOOODS site, RAD-E8 especially.
