has it in my context menu,, how do I get rid of it?

Sorry Bman I have no idea. Have you had a look on the NVIDIA forums, they seem to have quite a few quarrelsome but knowledgeable geeks.

Start
Run
regedit
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers
Delete the ones that you don't need/want (I recommend not deleting "New")

Now give me a cookie.
