NVIDIA 40.72 Instalation

I downloaded and Installed the new WHQL 40.72 drivers, now when it seems that the installer installed the Ge Force 4 Tools (under - Display Properties - Settings - Advanced ) in hebrew, The setup didn't ask in what language to install and I can't see nothing in the screen (see in the pic).
My question is how do i install it again and tell the setup to install the new drivers + software in english?

One question because I ain't got a clue. did you get the english drivers? Looks very wierd.

I got the usual drivers just the new Windows Installer installs it in hebrew automaticaly I know there is a way to chage the setting but I can't Remember
