NTFS/Fat question

Hi
Read a lot about the advantages of NTFS, but can someone tell me:- 1. If I convert to it will I still be able to read FAT partitions.
2. Will I be able to use them.
3. If not is there a prog. that makes this possible.
Any help appreciated.
